Robert V. Mignardi

Rob is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School (Dean’s List) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. He primarily practices family law, and has significant experience dealing with complex parenting issues, assessing income for support purposes, equalization and division of property. Rob negotiates Marriage Contracts, Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements and Parenting Plans; and regularly appears in all levels of Court in Ontario, attending case conferences, settlement conferences and motions, mediations, arbitrations and trials.

Rob is committed to providing timely, thoughtful and pragmatic advice to his clients, and ensuring that his clients understand the process every step of the way. He also regularly assists clients in the preparation of their Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care and handling real estate matters.

Rob is a member of the York Region Law Association and The Advocates’ Society.
